Super Hotel O Jaganath Nagar Near Hopes College

Managing property with one person

Bed sheets and pillow covers are not changing without asking

Location is near by airport

It's not for family, it's just for couples who wants to spend few hours, cleanessa and facilities below average. No water , no soap, no any facilities. It's cheap but atleast basic amenities should be provided. We stayed there for 2 days but didn't liked the place at all. Also they do not have any kitchen service , so for for water, tea you have to do Swiggy or zomato.

Bad

Booked this residency 2 days before from booking.com and got a confirmation email. I selected pay at the hotel since the review is below 4. Morning the receptionist called and confirmed which time I am checking in. When I went for checkin they told like, all the rooms are full and there is no more rooms. Irresponsibly they told like its due corporate booking and they paid the money, then booking got extended, then the other receptionist booked.. blah blah blah..atleast they should have told when they called.. Totally disappointed..

Uncomfortable experience

Found cockroaches and unclean rooms with bad odor.

Disappointing

Bed sheet was very dirty, cockroaches were running. Condom cover was below the bed floor. There was no towel, no toiletries including the soap. Location was horrible. Very bad experience. Remotes of TV and AC was not working.

The location is somewhat near the airport. It's a budget hotel. The heater and AC were working fine.

The room was not properly dusted. There was dust on the ceiling fan and at the edges of the wall tile. The dust was causing some problems for me.The water pressure of the health faucet was very low, it was hardly usable. The water tap was not properly functioning. One of the chairs was broken. There is no table in the room. There is some foul smell in the toilet. There are enough mosquitoes to sing for you.

Bad experience

I booked two room through booking.com and they told us they don't have room even though we booked , everything is full , very bad experience , kindly inform us if they don't have room on prior

Bugs all over the beds, with a horrid smell in the room, with a bathroom that didn't look like it had been completely cleaned. We left the room, and promptly checked into another hotel.
